Comments:- *Recording of a concert performance. A recording of this performance was broadcast by BBC Radio 3 on 16 November 1972. See Radio Times Issue dated 11-17 November 1972 p.62 according to which the libretto was revised by Kurt Honolka. This appears to involve a change in the names of some of the characters: Adolar becomes Count Gerard and Eglantine becomes Claudia.
