Comments:- *Recording of a performance at Catania (30 March 1976, 1 April 1976; see OPERA June 1976 p.525). According to �Scotto - More than a Diva� by Renato Scotto and Octavio Roca, pp.183-184 the recording on the BJR LPs is of a performance on 30 March 1976 and that on the MRF LPs is of a performance on 1 April 1976. The cassettes issued by Charles Handelman are listed in his catalogue dated November 2000 where it is indicated that recordings of performances on both dates are available.
Comments:- *Recording of a performance in the Großes Haus des Musiktheaters im Revier, Gelsenkirchen. (May 2006). There is a review on the internet (click link below). The role of Meledor was sung in some performances by Charles Moulton not Wolff Rüdiger Kimm as listed above. I do not know which sang in the performance that was recorded. Omega's recording is listed on their website (hyperlink in CLORLINK.php).
