Comments:- According to the article on the Cantores de Madrid in DISCOFILIA (No.57 III 1961 p.130) this recording was made by Spanish Columbia a few months after the recording of Agua, azucazrillos y aguardiente which was made in October 1951. It seems probable that the Montilla recording, which has the same cast, was produced under licence. Later, in 1958, Spanish Columbia-Alhambra issued a new recording with the same number (MCC 30000).
